Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and enhance logistics processes across the entire supply chain, with a strong focus on manufacturing (make) efficiencies and innovation.
  • Act as the key user and expert for our Inventory Management (addONE) and ERP systems, developing and introducing dynamic dashboards to visualize demand and capacity for suppliers and production plants.
  • Develop and implement standardized performance meetings with enhanced dashboards for KPI coordination and control, support S&OP process improvements through cross-functional collaboration and digital integration, and document and train these processes for the entire Accessories Business unit.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Informatics, Economics, or in Supply Chain Management/Operations.
  • Professional experience in Supply Chain, preferably in production logistics. Exceptional analytical skills with a strong affinity for Big Data analysis and visualization.
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and database/dashboard tools (e.g., PowerBI).
