The Global Process Owner will oversee the design and deployment of end-to-end processes for payroll and time management, ensuring we meet and exceed performance targets while enhancing the employee experience.

  • Maintain local compliance in countries with global processes.
  • Align with global partners on changes and secure resources for implementation and testing.
  • Develop up-to-date global process documentation and training materials.
  • Manage related projects and coordinate user acceptance testing for global process changes.
  • Oversee global communication, training, and change management strategy among all involved roles in the process.
