Project Manager Building

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Enova Consulting. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects to the satisfaction of our clients, within the agreed constraints, following our project management framework and guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Establishing an agreed initial project scope and objectives with the Programme Manager and the Project Owner at the start of the assignment;
- Managing the assigned project(s) on a day-to-day basis in terms of scope, budget, planning, quality, and risk&issues;
- Ensuring close cooperation with the superintendent and maintenance team on site and main stakeholders;
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with the customer(s), Change Owner, Steering Committee, and other stakeholders;
- Communicating with stakeholders in a timely and appropriate manner;
- Managing the quality, safety, and security aspects of the project's activities and deliverables in accordance with the applicable regulations and company requirements;
- Managing external suppliers in coordination with the supply management business partner;
- Preparing for formal decision point reviews, including ensuring the completeness, quality, and timely submission of all required information;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of professional experience in a science, engineering, or technical-oriented discipline;
- Professional project management certification, IPMA level C, or PMI PMP, or equivalent level of professional experience in the project management discipline;
- 5-10 years' experience as a Project Manager in similar functions (buildings and infrastructure);
- A demonstrable track record of successfully delivering projects of increasing complexity and crossing more than one domain or department;
- Strong stakeholder management and communication ability on all hierarchical levels and with internal and external stakeholders;
