The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, preferably in the fund industry or banking, and a strong understanding of contract requirements and processes. They will also possess project management skills to optimize quality and value, as well as user knowledge of outsourcing partner products and data provider systems.
Responsibilities:- Monitor contracts and their life cycle with external data providers, consultants, outsourcing partners.
- Analyze contractual requirements with line managers in terms of performance and service quality.
- Adapt external services and optimize costs and budgeting based on changing needs.
- Solve operational problems with suppliers and provide smooth services.
- Support Procurement in commercial evaluations of suppliers and competitor comparisons.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or Economics.
- Experience in contract management, preferably in the fund industry or banking.
- Strong understanding of contract requirements and processes.
- Project management skills to optimize quality and value.
