L3 Support Specialist

The company offers a wide range of services, including provision, refurbishment, and subscription-based cloud offerings.
In this role, as a Platform Support Engineer, you will provide level 3 support and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely support for customers and partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Applying in-depth troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve customer issues.
- Providing L3 support for requestors, including report exports, account moves, and issue troubleshooting.
- Analyzing recurring issues and suggesting new solutions to decrease escalations.
- Collaborating with development teams to address long-term fixes.
- Executing API calls and troubleshooting applications as needed.
Requirements include:
- Experience supporting SaaS solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot systems built and deployed in Azure and integrated with APIs.
- Eagerness to learn and ability to fix simple defects.
- Experience in application testing and troubleshooting, including frontend and backend parts of the product.
- Basic knowledge of databases and Linux.
- Experience in testing SOAP and REST APIs.
