We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Investment Advisor to join our team at PROTALENT lab. As a key member of our family office, you will provide strategic guidance and oversight for our diverse investment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investment Strategy Development: Provide strategic insights and recommendations for investment strategies and portfolio management.
  • Due Diligence and Risk Analysis: Assess potential investments, conduct due diligence, and provide risk analysis and valuations.
  • Board Governance: Serve on the boards of portfolio companies to provide governance, strategic direction, and oversight.
  • Portfolio Performance Management: Oversee the performance of portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Cross-Border Deal Management: Manage and advise on cross-border deals and partnerships, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on global market trends and developments to provide strategic advice based on market conditions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with key stakeholders, including investors, management teams, and external advisors, to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage specific projects or initiatives as required by the family office.
Requirements
  • Private Equity Experience: Over 20 years of experience in private equity, with significant experience in managing teams and portfolio companies.
  • Board Governance Expertise: Proven track record of serving on boards of directors and providing governance and strategic oversight.
  • International Deal Management: Extensive experience with international deals and managing global portfolio companies.
  • Strategic and Analytical Skills: Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to provide high-level insights and recommendations.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and performance in portfolio companies.
  • Advanced Degree: Advanced degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to Switzerland and other locations as required.
