Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Banking Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of the banking operations department, you will be responsible for managing bank and investment accounts, collaborating with financial institutions worldwide, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bank and investment accounts, including opening, closure, and maintenance
  • Collaborate with various financial institutions to establish and maintain client relationships
  • Perform account administration tasks, such as adding/removing beneficiaries, settlors, or protectors, and granting power of attorney
  • Closure/termination of accounts upon receipt of instructions
  • Maintain accurate records in our integrated database system
  • Respond to day-to-day queries from internal and external parties, resolving issues efficiently
  • Transfer securities between custodians, fund administrators, and private companies
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in computer software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern financial accounting packages
  • 2-3 years' work experience in a similar role
