Job Summary
The Brand Performance Director is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering an exceptional onboard cruise experience that exceeds guest expectations. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the cruise industry and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive onboard product strategy that aligns with MSC Cruises' brand vision and guest expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product development, budget, and timelines.
- Monitor and analyze guest satisfaction and revenue performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, standard operating procedures, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the entire fleet.
- Conduct regular ship visits to audit and support the onboard execution of set standards.
- Coordinate mystery shopper audits and manage follow-up visits.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in a senior role in the cruise industry.
- Previous experience at a corporate level in the cruise industry or shoreside structures is highly desirable.
- Fluent English language skills. Knowledge of another language is an advantage.
- Graduation from a hotel management school is an advantage.
- Good command of Microsoft Office Package.
- Experience in budgeting and presenting projects at executive level.
- Experience in managing remote teams.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in multicultural environments.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time.
VISA Requirements
EU Passport or Right to work in Switzerland.
