Originate New Equity Listings
SIX Swiss Exchange is seeking an experienced professional to drive the expansion of our equity issuer base and manage relationships with listed companies.

About the Role
We are looking for someone with expert knowledge of equity public markets and a genuine enthusiasm for driving more companies to access the Swiss equity market. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and establishing relationships with listing prospects and their owners.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the origination of new equity listings on SIX Swiss Exchange
  • Identify, approach, and establish relationships with listing prospects and their owners
  • Maintain and develop the offering and services for listing candidates
  • Manage a team of professionals

What You Bring
We are looking for an established professional with at least 10 years of relevant experience in equity capital markets, preferably with a University degree or high-level specialist training in Banking and Finance. You should have in-depth experience in sales/client acquisition as well as relationship management. Excellent sales, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, with fluency in German and English, and a plus for French.
