Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Events team at Better Cotton. As an Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of our annual events, including the flagship multi-day international conference.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting event materials, such as conference templates and session guides
- Supporting in procurement and liaising with service providers
- Conducting research on flight prices and establishing pricing limits
- Assembling agendas with activities, such as gathering speaker photos and bios
- Operational tasks related to email campaigns and other communications activities
- Organizing data and mailing lists
- Scheduling and multimedia support required for meetings
- University degree, or equivalent higher education qualification, in a relevant field
- Language proficiency in English is a must (additional languages beneficial)
- Previous similar work experience is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, good with people, organized, and proficient in using MS Office, Teams, Zoom, etc.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Good and versatile communication skills
- Team player, and service-oriented
