Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to oversee the English-speaking Executive MBA program at the University of Zurich.

The role encompasses program management, admissions, and marketing responsibilities, requiring excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Plan, coordinate, and organize modules and learning expeditions, manage online classroom systems, and supervise program assistants.
  • Admissions and Marketing: Support and manage candidates in the application process, develop social media posts, promote programs to candidates, and use CRM systems to manage candidates and students.
  • Finance: Prepare invoices to students and payments to teaching staff.
  • Project Management: Develop and manage projects to implement new tools and processes to support students and enhance the learning experience.

Requirements:

  • University or FH degree.
  • Good language skills in German and English on a near-native level.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs, CMS, and CRM systems.
  • Affinity to social media and flair for writing and presenting.
  • Ability to connect with applicants, students, and lecturers.
  • Organized, attentive to details, and customer-focused.
  • International experience, cultural sensitivity, and good sense of humor.
  • Experience in customer-centric environments and managing executive education programs.
