Young Experts Program: Intellectual Property Leadership

World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join its Young Experts Program. This two-year program aims to train the next generation of global intellectual property leaders to help build innovation ecosystems around the world.
About the ProgramThe Young Experts Program is designed to expose young professionals to the technical and policy aspects of intellectual property. Participants will work on a wide range of projects, including legislative advice, policy reform, and cooperation and technical assistance programs. They will also have the opportunity to work with colleagues from various sectors and departments across WIPO.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake research and analysis to support legislative advice and policy reform initiatives
- Assist in the development of training programs and materials for IP offices
- Support the organization of WIPO judicial education programs
- Conduct research and analysis to support cooperation and technical assistance programs
- First-level university degree in law or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in intellectual property law
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Remuneration: 5,000 Swiss francs per month
- Medical and professional accident insurance coverage
- Contribution toward travel expenses
