Senior Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our People & Culture team as a Recruiting Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and sourcing of staff for various departments in Switzerland.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job advertisement to finalizing contracts and supporting new colleagues through their probationary period.
- Advise line managers on current and future personnel requirements and on filling positions abroad and in Switzerland.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates.
- Advise on salary matters related to new hires and internal rotations.
- Enhance Helvetas' employer brand through innovative marketing and engagement strategies.
- Drive initiatives to improve the candidate and employee experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to designing and managing comprehensive international and national onboarding programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, or another relevant field.
- At least five years of recruitment experience and interest in other HR areas.
- Fluency in German and English, with a good knowledge of French.
- Proactive, flexible, and curious, with a customer-oriented and communicative personality.
