Senior IT Application Manager

ONE Agency | IT Recruitment Experts is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Application Manager to join our client's team.
Your responsibilities- Ensure correct functioning, availability, and performance of business applications, including Incident and Problem Management.
- Support sustainable implementation of functional and non-functional requirements, including Test, Defect, and Change Management.
- Coordinate and facilitate external developers.
- Ensure adequate and well-structured documentation.
- Support the team in adopting agile best practices, implementing agile ceremonies, and a high-degree of self-organization.
- Tracking and managing impediments, keeping KANBAN board updated.
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent/higher degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in development and/or application manager role.
- Experience with vendor management, in particular setting and managing delivery expectations, plans, testing, etc.
- Experience as (part time) Scrum Master.
- Proven experience in Agile principles and way of work, coding standards, and industry best practices, PowerShell.
- Proven experience in working with Azure Platform, DevOps (preferably Azure DevOps),.NET development (preferably C#), SQL (preferably T-SQL), REST API, and Web Applications.
- Excellent English (min. C1) and good German (B1) language skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities, solution-oriented, customer-focused, confident, self-organised.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
