Order Processing Manager

Rieter, a leading provider of systems for yarn production from staple fibers in spinning mills, is seeking a highly skilled Order Processing Manager to join its Sales Back Office team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process export orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams, agents, and customers to ensure smooth logistics and transportation
- Prepare and organize export documents, including customs clearance and transportation arrangements
- Process and manage trade finance, including letters of credit and bank guarantees
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations
- Commercial education (EFZ) or equivalent
- Experience in international trade and export order processing
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office applications
- Fluency in German and English
