Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive pipeline development and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR) teams to generate demand and increase sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with product teams to integrate client feedback into the product roadmap, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline to support quarterly and annual revenue attainment, adhering to all general security responsibilities as documented in the company security policy.
Requirements:
  • A track record in SaaS technology sales, with proven success in quota-bearing sales roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with experience applying industry-standard sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC to drive successful sales outcomes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage pipelines and accurately forecast opportunity close dates and values.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and analytics tools to optimize sales strategies and improve results.
