Strategic Business Growth Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic business development consultant to help us expand our client base in the Swiss market.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and increasing revenue.
Responsibilities- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities and prioritize them based on potential value.
- Contact potential clients through targeted cold calls and emails, leveraging effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Participate in ad hoc events and exhibitions that align with our business development strategy, enhancing visibility and credibility.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, new markets, and customer needs, staying up-to-date with industry trends and market knowledge.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with new customers, understanding their objectives and providing tailored solutions.
- Gather valuable insights from customer and competitor data, informing strategic decisions and driving business growth.
- Promote our company's products/services, addressing or predicting clients' objectives and adding value to their businesses.
- Focus on sales goals and maintain accurate records of sales and revenue, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow our business, exploring new opportunities and collaborations.
- Demonstrate proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role, showcasing expertise and results.
- Excel at making effective presentations, communicating complex ideas and values.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM (e.g., Hubspot), utilizing technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Aware of market knowledge and trends, staying informed to make informed decisions.
- An existing portfolio of clients is highly valued, demonstrating success and potential for growth.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, building rapport and trust with clients.
- Able to build strong relationships, fostering collaboration and loyalty.
- Skilled in time management and planning, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Fluent in German and English, effectively communicating across cultures and languages.
