Batgroup was established to reinforce our primary mission: fighting against the Black Market and ensuring that cleaning industry workers have access to the coverage and insurance they deserve. Within Batgroup, we offer various identities that cater to diverse services, from booking cleanings through Batmaid to hiring house cleaning employees through Batsoft.

About Working at Batmaid

You will be part of an international team dedicated to making a difference in the cleaning industry while promoting our values of innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. As a Talent Acquisition & Admin Generalist, you will support both Recruitment and Swiss HR administration, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth hiring processes and compliance with Swiss employment regulations.

You will report directly to the Head of HR and have the opportunity to work in either Zurich or Pully (VD). Your contributions will help shape the future of our company and enhance the overall candidate experience.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition:
  • Define recruitment requirements with the Business (for all levels)
  • Post vacancies on relevant platforms and manage applications through our ATS.
  • Sourcing, screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience and support the hiring process from start to finish and produce KPI's
Swiss HR Administration:
  • Manage AVS/LPP affiliations and family allowances requests
  • Prepare various HR reports and ensure compliance with Swiss employment regulations.
  • Support general administrative HR tasks and employee documentation (through our HRIS (BambooHR).
  • Draft of employment contracts, amendment, work certificates, warnings letter etc
  • If interested: participate to the payroll process (done by our fiduciary)

You will also assist the Head of HR with HR-related projects and initiatives focusing on people retention, training, development, performance management, and compensation and benefits.

Your Ideal Profile

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment and HR administration in Switzerland.

An HR degree would be a strong asset.

In terms of technical skills, you should be:

  • Fluent in English and German (mandatory) and French a plus.
  • Proficient in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint,
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR processes, excellent communication and organisational skills, experience with ATS and HR systems.
