About the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background and relevant industry experience in digital transformation, particularly in the Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Science sectors.

  • A minimum of several years of practical project experience in digital transformation is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written) and German or French language skills (C1 level).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and link business and IT effectively.
  • A proven track record of business development, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HR and HR IT strategies, as well as target operating models, is highly desirable.
  • Cultural fit is essential, with a high level of reliability, teamwork, and adaptability required for this role.
