About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading cloud transformation projects and ensuring their successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cloud transformation projects from planning to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver defined project outputs, including project planning, design, configuration, development, testing, implementation, documentation, training, and closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and SAP management to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and objections, and develop effective solutions to address them.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality projects.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, computer science, commerce, engineering, or information technology.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on cloud transformation and SAP implementation projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Fluent German and business English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and SAP management.
