About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading large-scale cloud transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of SAP solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, design, configuration, development, testing, implementation, documentation, training, and closure of cloud transformation projects.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including milestones and clear deliverables, to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status to customers, partners, and SAP management.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and SAP teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and objections, and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, computer science, commerce, engineering, or information technology.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on cloud transformation and SAP implementation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and SAP teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, including agile and SAP Activate.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners.
