Business Development Director for DACH Region

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the DACH region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, incorporating market insights into sales strategies
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex solutions to diverse stakeholders
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to foster trust and credibility with clients and internal teams
- Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth
