IT Project Management Professional Data Migration Specialist

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex business-centric data migrations for our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in steering the planning, management, and execution of cutover events, covering both business and technology aspects. You will lead both client and KPMG teams to prepare for, test, and rehearse time-constrained cutover events, via the design, construction, testing, and execution of cutover plans and run books. Your responsibilities will include managing the migration workstream for large-scale programs in the financial services industry and communicating effectively with C-level stakeholders in a cross-functional environment. You will also develop and mentor team members globally and across divisions.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced professional with over 10 years of software development experience and between 10 and 15 years of technology delivery (IT project management) and advisory experience across leading consulting firms. You should have strong ethical behaviors and high integrity, aligning with KPMG's vision and aspirations. Significant experience and proficiency in data migration and software development/programming skills are essential. A proven track record of project management in large-scale transformation programs, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management at C-level, are also required. Fluency in English is a must.
