As an Accountant - Accounts Receivable, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
Main Responsibilities:- Invoice Management: Generate and issue invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Accounts Receivable Management: Record and update customer invoices in the accounting system, monitor incoming payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Payment Processing: Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients, ensuring timely payment and minimizing bad debt.
- Financial Analysis: Review accounts, client payments, credit history, and ensure repayment terms are aligned with internal policy, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve any billing issues, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Diploma/degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
- Skills: Proficiency with MS Office and strong PC skills; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
- Language: Fluent in French; good knowledge of English.
