Lombard Odier, a renowned global wealth and asset manager, seeks an experienced Senior Technology Transformation Consultant to drive strategic initiatives in its Technology & Operations (T&O) organization.

The successful candidate will report directly to the head of T&O and lead cross-departmental initiatives, influencing organizational design, cost-effectiveness, and long-term goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and driving the strategic agenda for T&O, ensuring alignment with group-wide ambitions
  • Leading complex strategic initiatives, formulating strategies, and multi-year transformation roadmaps in collaboration with department heads
  • Shaping the target operating model to improve efficiency and effectiveness, including organizational structure and processes
  • Implementing and managing cost control measures to maximize value and return on investment
  • Evaluating and integrating emerging trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains innovative

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent academic/work experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, financial services, or a related field, with a preference for experience in wealth management
  • Proven experience in IT strategy development, organizational design, target operating model definition, and cost management
  • Strong analytical and structured approach, with the ability to synthesize complex topics and communicate effectively to senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Power Point and Excel, with a strong ability to create compelling presentations and reports
  • Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
  • Located in Switzerland or willing to relocate
