**A day in the life of a Solution Architect**:
As a Solution Architect you will work attached to one of our strategic clients. You will be involved in a transformation project based around Adobe solutions (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Workfront, DAM). You will be responsible for the design, technical adaptation and implementation of these solutions, particularly Adobe Workfront / DAM.

You will work with internal and client teams to ensure that the solution implemented meets the needs of the project and the business, by ensuring:

- Understanding customer and end-user requirements
- Leading technical discussions with customers throughout project lifecyle
- Participating in building the backlog
- Designing and developing the solution around the Workfront and DAM bricks, train end-users within required quality standards
- Ensuring the performance of the solutions implemented
- Providing the necessary technological advice to the client
- Analysing and handling incidents, identifying root causes
- Participate in integration acceptance testing
- Ability to lead and coach a project team, managing individuals while remaining humble, open and available
- Ability to share and transfer skills and experience, whether technical, methodological, or related to the client's business
- Involvement in all phases of the project, from technical specification to go-live support, while playing an active role in implementation

**You and the role**:
With an educational background in IT, you have at least 5 years solid experience of Java/JEE, JEE frameworks (Struts, Spring, Sling, etc.) and Web languages (HTML / CSS / JavaScript). In addition, you bring at least 3 years professional experience in a software architect role already.

You have excellent customer relations skills and are comfortable speaking in public.

In our international setting, proficiency in English is essential. In Geneva in addition fluency in French would be ideal.

**We would love if you have knowledge of**:

- the functions offered by Adobe solutions and their configuration (AEM, Workfront, DAM)
- Adobe Admin Console
- Workfront APIs
- CC, AEM connectors
- AEM assets, sites
- Experience of implementing solutions in a SaaS environment, including integrations with third-party systems
