Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Knowledge Management Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing global databases with a focus on performance, quality, and speed, ensuring compliance with cGMP and customer requirements.

">

You will act as an expert in nomenclature processes and mentor team members and train new staff on these processes and best practices around the global chemical knowledge management system.

">

In this role, you will develop and maintain a global chemical knowledge management system, ensure functionality and validation, and provide technical expertise, consultancy, and programming solutions to enhance efficiency in R&D and knowledge management workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • ">
  • A Master's or PhD in information sciences; chemistry or biochemistry specialization is a plus.">
  • 5+ years of professional experience in knowledge management, innovation, or digitalization, including management roles.">
  • Conceptual and analytical skills, with good knowledge of SQL, and proficiency in content management systems, MS Office, DMS, and SAP.">
  • Knowledge of GMP, data integrity, information security, and regulatory requirements.">
  • Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Highly organized with a structured, reliable work style.">
  • Service- and team-oriented, flexible, and able to manage uncertainty and stress effectively.">
  • Proven ability to adopt new developments, proactively seek improvements, and manage systems independently while ensuring cost awareness and compliance.">
