Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in laboratory software and GMP regulations?

Coopers Group AG is seeking an Application Support Specialist to provide operational support, coordinate projects and changes to the system, and ensure GMP compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support/troubleshooting for users of the LIMS Software application
  • Implement and communicate changes to the systems
  • Validate new functions/applications and create relevant documents
  • Drive further development and deployment of the new LIMS system
  • Support with LIMS-related DRs/CAPAs/CRs/INVs/EICRs
  • Manage the life cycle of SOPs
  • Provide support during external audits and inspections
  • Maintain local master data

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of laboratory software
  • Several years of experience in a GMP regulated environment
  • Fluent language skills in German and English
