Are you a highly skilled Graphic Designer looking for a new challenge? Chiffre25042024 is seeking an experienced Creative Brand Visual Strategist to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead our brand visual strategy, developing engaging and effective communication materials across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop online and offline marketing materials based on briefs from internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee every stage of the design process, from concept to production.
  • Maintain consistency in brand visuals and guidelines across all internal and external platforms.
  • Bring innovative ideas to support marketing efforts.
  • Lead creative sessions for project kick-offs.
  • Select and retouch visuals for campaigns, social media, newsletters, and more.
  • Create branded materials like billboards, ads, magazines, flyers, banners, email campaigns, websites, and sales materials.
  • Prepare print materials, coordinate with printers, and oversee production.
  • Ensure quality control, maintaining alignment with marketing goals and enhancing brand recognition.
  • Manage and organize all graphic assets for easy access and backup.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in graphic design for both online and offline environments.
  • Native-level proficiency in English and strong proficiency in French.
  • A high level of energy and drive for campaigns and projects.
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, handling multiple projects seamlessly.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver), Microsoft Office Suite, HTML5, CSS.
