Your Impact

As the Chief Marketing Strategist for Industrial Solutions, you will design, execute, and oversee marketing programs promoting our solutions and enhancing brand visibility among target audiences. This role demands an exceptional understanding of how to drive revenue growth through creative and impactful campaigns and communications.

You will work closely with the marketing team to lead efforts such as online advertising, social media campaigns, newsletters, press releases, and marketing automation strategies. You will be responsible for developing marketing communications tailored to Asian markets.

Your ability to deliver planned activities on time, analyze campaign performance, and refine approaches is crucial to generating quality leads and opportunities meeting the funnel plan, fostering customer loyalty, and strengthening Speedgoat's market presence.

Key Areas of Ownership

  • Planning: Develop and update the annual plan for marketing campaigns and communications aligning with lead generation, nurturing, customer retention, and budgeting goals for defined marketing segments.
  • Campaign Management: Design and execute marketing campaigns, monitor and optimize performance, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Messaging and Design: Craft campaign messaging and creative designs, collaborating with copywriters and graphic designers to create professional campaigns.
  • On-Time Execution: Ensure timely delivery of all planned campaigns and projects, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. Engage contributing teams on time.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Define and measure campaign goals, track campaign quantity, quality, and ROI results, leveraging lessons learned for continuous improvement. Provide transparent reporting to support decision-making.
  • Cohesive Messaging: Ensure cohesive messaging across all campaigns.
  • In-Depth Solutions and Market Knowledge: Stay informed about Speedgoat's solutions and industry trends to continuously improve campaign quality and effectiveness.

Your Background

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Work Experience: At least five years of experience in a similar role. Industrial B2B domain experience is advantageous, with a strong affinity for technology.
  • Marketing Campaigns and Programs: Proven track record in creating and executing marketing campaigns, including customer nurturing and marketing automation. Ability to understand target audiences and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing tools and software, including SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and content management systems (CMS). Knowledge of successful marketing on Asian social media platforms and search engine optimization for Asia is beneficial.
  • Language Skills: Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written. Proficiency in additional languages like German, Italian, French, Mandarin, or Japanese is advantageous.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, on time and within set budget. Strong analytical skills to measure ROI and KPIs.
  • Collaborative Skills: Strong team player with collaborative skills across teams.
