- Awareness of application security aspects, including Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Very good English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Experience working in the financial industry, with knowledge of banking applications and systems
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Team player with a service-oriented personality, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
