The VisilabGroup seeks a highly skilled Store Construction Manager to oversee the coordination and supervision of store fitting projects from feasibility and cost assessment to completion and store opening.

Responsibilities:

  • Store Construction:
  • Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Develop store layouts and concepts in consultation with internal and external service providers.
  • Procure necessary materials and services for defined project sub-units.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Represent the VisilabGroup in dealings with general contractors, architects, and property owners.
  • Collaborate with the parent company and specialist departments to participate in new tenders and negotiate projects.

Maintenance:

  • Interface to Maintenance: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for maintenance and facility management.
  • Claims and Damages Specialist: Manage and resolve claims and damages related to maintenance and facility operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company rules of conduct.
  • Cleaning and Pest Control: Coordinate and monitor cleaning and pest control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Vendor Management: Review, retender, and negotiate conditions with maintenance service providers.
  • Representation: Represent the VisilabGroup in dealings with property owners and shopping center operators to ensure proper maintenance.
