Your Role at University of St

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Researcher to join our team at University of St. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science and data science, with expertise in deep learning and large language models.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research and implement innovative modifications using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  2. Rethink and rebuild the core mechanisms of models to enhance performance and efficiency.
  3. Integrate state-of-the-art techniques such as attention mechanisms, sequence modeling, and neural network optimization.

Requirements:

  1. Possess a Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  2. Proficient in Python programming and have strong coding skills.
  3. Ability to understand complex problems and solve them efficiently.
  4. Familiarity with state-of-the-art techniques in deep learning.
  5. Knowledge of Large Language Model (LLM) architectures is a plus.
  6. Willingness to learn and work with advanced machine learning development stacks.
  7. Exhibits a work ethic that is diligent, responsible, structured, goal-oriented, and independent.
  8. Good communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
  9. Proficiency in English.
  10. Proficiency in German is a plus.
