**Research Associate at the Interface of Strategic Management and Artificial Intelligence/ML PhD Position**:
100 % (immediately or by mutual agreement)

**Your tasks**:

- Challenging research according to international standards on topics at the interface of strategic management and artificial intelligence/ machine learning
- Writing of scientific publications and participation in international conferences
- Support in teaching at Bachelor, Master and Executive Education level
- Collaboration in company cooperations, research consortia and consulting firms

**Your profile**:
- Outstanding Master's degree in business/management, a related field from a leading university or business school, and/or knowledge in computer science (AI)
- Demonstrated aptitude to work on analytical problems; if possible, with scientific methods
- Knowledge of statistics, AI and Machine learning (possibly Python or R) is important
- Previous research experience, especially with analyzing datasets, is a definite plus
- First practical experience in a profession closely related to strategic management- intellectually curious and likes thinking about complex ideas with high “brain-power”
- is comfortable working with data
- Stays organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrates a proactive, hands-on mentality attitude towards works
- Can work collaboratively in a team environment
- Communicates very effectively in German and English (Level C1 or higher, oral and written)
