Job Summary
Waelti Partners AG is seeking a Capacity Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing supply chain capacity to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize supply chain capacity to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Develop and maintain event schedules, and prepare event schedules for kick-off meetings.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics departments, including project managers, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks in supply chain operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or other technical education.
- At least 3 years' professional experience in supply chain management, including strong user skills in SAP.
- Fluency in English (at least level B2-C1) and good German knowledge (at least level B1-B2).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
