We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our team in Geneva. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconciliation and Management: You will be responsible for reconciling and managing incoming and outgoing funds, as well as pending cash transactions.
- Counterparty Netting: You will need to reconcile and validate counterparty netting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Treasury-Related Transfers: You will be responsible for booking, reconciling, and validating treasury-related transfers.
- Dispute Resolution: You will manage and investigate disputes, settlements, and compliance matters.
- Education: A high-level degree from a reputable institution is mandatory (CFC, HEC, HEG).
- Experience: Banking experience is an advantage, but not necessary.
- Skills: Proficiency in standard computer tools and GT Exchange, GTMatch, SIC, EUROSIC, SWIFT, SEPA Payments is required.
- Language: English is mandatory, any other language is an advantage.
- Personality: Rigorous, organized, detail-oriented, meticulous, and autonomous individuals are preferred.
- Holidays: 25/30 days per year.
- Fridays Off: Two Fridays off per month.
- Lunch Allowance: Monthly lunch allowance.
- Training: Training allowance.
- Pension Plan: Attractive pension plan.
- Work Environment: Dynamic work environment.
Full-time permanent contract based in Geneva.
