Data Migration Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Project Manager to join our team at Stadler. As a key member of our Business Application department, you will be responsible for planning and managing data migration activities within system setup and system migration projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage data migration activities, ensuring seamless integration with system setup and system migration projects.
  • Collaborate with the group-wide MDM function to establish data rules and monitoring principles.
  • Clean and maintain existing master data, ensuring adherence to governance principles.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Document migration processes and results for future reference.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Logical and analytical thinking, with experience in ERP and/or EAM Systems (SAP S/4 HANA, Hexagon EAM) preferred.
  • Knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
  • Several years of experience in data migration or master data management, with experience in Project Management and certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and German.
