Job Requirements

Cagi is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Consultant to join our team in Geneva. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, risk management, and internal controls.

The role will involve reviewing policies and procedures to ensure alignment with international best practices, guiding on regulatory and contractual obligations, supporting the organization in audit preparations, and addressing audit findings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing internal control systems, identifying potential risks, and proposing mitigation strategies. They will also prepare compliance reports, maintain audit-ready documentation, and assist in reviewing policies and guidelines related to compliance.

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience in compliance, financial or project management, and working on donor-funded projects.

The contract duration is until the end of April 2025, and the duty station is Geneva.
