We are seeking a strategic-thinking individual with a passion for building partnerships and driving business growth as an Insurance Partnerships Director at International SOS.

This role involves developing and executing partnerships strategies with key brokers, insurers, and travel management companies to drive sales and retention cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement channel management strategies with partners to optimise the channel mix and distribution.
  • Create partner channels to accelerate non-shared to shared client agendas, new business acquisition, upselling, and client retention.
  • Maintain relationships with travel management companies and drive referral generation initiatives with them.
  • Establish direct billing agreements with key insurers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in insurance sales or brokerage senior roles.
  • B2B consultative/solution selling experience in service industries to large multinational corporations.
  • Strategic thinker, excellent negotiator, strong communicator, natural networker, and team player.
  • Fluent verbal and written English; French is advantageous.
  • University degree or comparable qualification.
