Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new targeted accounts and participate in trade shows to improve overall market share and profitability.

Grow Geographic Sales Volume:

  • Execute a sales plan that aligns with the region's and company's strategic objectives.
  • Direct growth-oriented activities, utilizing resources effectively.

Grow Designated Accounts Sales Volume:

  • Execute a sales plan specific to designated account(s), promoting the growth of assigned product lines.
  • Account manage our current customer base, identify new targeted accounts, and participate in trade shows.
  • Utilize other sales and support resources effectively within the accounts.

Develop and Implement Business Plans:

  • Maintain an effective time and territory management plan.
  • Present business and technical information.
  • Identify customer needs and trends.
  • Provide information about techniques and products.

Cultivate Partnerships:

  • Foster partnerships with customers and other suppliers to solve customer problems.
  • Maintain technical selling capability to function in a consultative role for the customer.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience: 3+ years required.
  • Technical skills: Good understanding of our Platforms and Automation solutions.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication skills required.
