Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Global Trade Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Omya (Schweiz) AG.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our company's success by coordinating logistics and trade activities for our global customers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in SAP modules MM and SD.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process orders, arrange shipments, and create export documents for direct customers/key accounts.
  • Support Sales in administration matters for assigned customers and manage claims.
  • Coordinate stock, third-party, and chain orders for assigned customers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to receivers, control freight charges, and handle documentation legalization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Several years of experience in foreign trade and export.
  • Proficiency in English, with very good written and spoken skills.
  • Good French skills, preferably.
  • SAP experience in modules MM and SD.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is CHF 80,000 - 100,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
