Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between €40,000 - €60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint, and Mural.

  • Assist in data analysis and create reports using spreadsheet statistical applications and design software packages (ERP and Power BI preferable).
  • Support administrative work, including maintaining databases and ensuring accuracy in records.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in economics, administration, operations, engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and computer skills, including MS Office system and tools (Excel, Powerpoint,Teams, Sharepoint, Mural).
  • Knowledge in databases, spreadsheet statistical applications, and design software packages (ERP and Power BI preferable) would be an asset.
  • Prior administrative work is an advantage.
  • Good sense of organization and attention to details.
  • Multitasking attitude.
  • Autonomy, curiosity, proactivity.
  • Fluent in English and German.
