Biopharma Process Expert with Leadership Skills

We have multiple openings for Process Experts MSAT DSP in our unique biological manufacturing and development concept. As part of this exciting opportunity, you will join our cross-functional teams tasked with technology transfers and timely process implementation at manufacturing scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will lead cross-functional teams responsible for technology transfers, including process design and upscaling, and ensure timely process implementation at manufacturing scale.
  • As an interface between the process donor and operations, you will be responsible for ensuring process scalability and manufacturability.
  • You will secure technology transfer success by applying formal processes and tools to manage information, process-related risks, and change control.
  • You will directly communicate with customers during campaign preparation, execution, and closure, including daily reporting of batch status and performance.
  • You will resolve process issues that may arise during manufacturing, considering all regulatory requirements.
  • You will compile process-related deviations and change requests.
  • You will ensure timely compilation of campaign reports and related documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, PhD preferred.
  • Preferred area of study: Biotechnology, chemical engineering, or related disciplines.
  • More than 5 years of experience in biopharma manufacturing and/or process development, preferably in Mammalian Manufacturing.
  • GMP and deep understanding of bioprocess technology.
  • Fluency in English; German preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and team orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills and interaction with various interfaces within customers and project organizations.
  • Structured, focused, and well-organized working attitude.
  • Open-minded for new ideas and suggestions.
  • Agile, highly motivated, and dynamic drive.
  • Solution-oriented.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
