Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Delivery to join our team at Ärztekasse Genossenschaft. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of product releases, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align timelines and content
  • Coordinate the utilization of technical common components and concepts
  • Work closely with Requirements Engineers, Architects, and Software Engineers to ensure seamless development
  • Estimate development effort for Use Cases and ensure accurate resource allocation

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of development experience and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of code design and architecture principles
  • Proficiency in Java 8+, C#, Spring Boot, REST, and Kubernetes
  • Fluency in English, with German or French a plus
