Global Account Manager at SHL Group

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Global Account Manager at SHL Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding their needs, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, negotiating supply agreements, and identifying new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive business growth
  • Negotiate and manage supply agreements to meet customer needs
  • Provide exceptional customer support to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Execute supply agreements to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial roles, specifically in account management or sales
  • Industry knowledge in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related fields
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs
  • Willingness to travel internationally, as required
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in medical technology, with a strong understanding of industry trends and developments
  • Proficiency in additional languages, such as German and Mandarin

Relevant Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred
