About the Role
As a Senior Counsel at SonarSource, you will play a vital role in supporting the legal team's operations and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business success.
- Support the legal team in document and knowledge management, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review, edit, and fact-check legal and financial documents, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the sales, purchasing, finance, and IT security teams to address legal and business needs.
- Conduct legal research and assist with special projects, adapting to the company's fast-paced and innovative environment.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar legal position, preferably with international experience.
- Swiss legal qualification with strong knowledge of key laws, such as the Federal Act on Data Protection.
- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A start-up mentality, with the ability to prioritize tasks, think creatively, and support the business.
- English language proficiency and flexibility with work schedules to accommodate global teams.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, LinkSquares, and/or ServiceNow is an asset.
