The successful candidate will support the Program Management team in their daily activities, focusing on the global implementation of S/4 HANA and other related business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

The Finance Transformation Trainee will be responsible for:

1. S/4 HANA Implementation & Other Related Business Initiatives:

• Support the Project Management central team in its daily duties across different project phases, with a focus on test monitoring, extracting status from JIRA, target operating model (TOM) design and maintenance, pre and post Go-live assistance.

• Build and maintain project documentation, including project plans, dashboards, procedures, communication plans, newsletters, and slides.

• Participate in and help prepare periodic alignments and governance meetings.

• Collaborate with other finance business team members to track decisions taken, risks, and actions, and maintain the issue log and perform related follow-up.

• Assist the team in organizational and logistic tasks, such as meeting scheduling, room booking, attendees tracking, and minutes preparation.

2. Finance Portal SharePoint:

• Support finance department members by collecting feedback, proposals, changing requests, and ensuring that all documents are up to date.

• Cooperate with the team in the portal On-Going maintenance.

3. Team Management & Control-Tower (Pipe of Projects/Initiatives Managed by the Finance Transformation Team):

• Collaborate in the weekly meeting organization by collecting agenda and materials.

• Track and update the initiatives and projects, including new activities and achievements.

• Participate in internal and external team meetings.

• Maintain up-to-date the Finance Transformation control tower, including planning, realization, workload, and deliverables.

4. Department Budget Controlling:

• Collect purchase requests and create purchase orders in the MSC ERP system (Navision).

• Track the costs related to the Finance Transformation Department.

• Support the Finance Transformation management, controlling, and account payable teams by performing requested analysis.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor or Master Student in Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Internship Agreement required).

• Project management knowledge and/or previous experiences are a plus.

• IT abilities and strong knowledge of Outlook, MSTeams, Sharepoint, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).

• Previous experience with ERP software is a plus (Navision, SAP, etc.).

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Soft skills (proactivity, problem-solving, communication, time management/organization, motivation, curiosity).

VISA Requirements:

EU Passport or Right to work in Switzerland.
