Job Purpose

MSC Cruises is seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation Trainee to support the Finance Transformation Department in their daily activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Program Management team in the global implementation of S/4 HANA and other related business initiatives.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support the Project Management central team in daily duties across different project phases, with a focus on test monitoring, target operating model design and maintenance, and pre and post Go-live assistance.
  • Build and maintain project documentation, including project plans, dashboards, procedures, and communication plans.
  • Participate in periodic alignments and governance meetings, and work closely with other finance business team members to track decisions, risks, and actions.
  • Assist the team in organizational and logistic tasks, including meeting scheduling, room booking, and attendees tracking.
  • Support finance department members by collecting feedback, proposals, and changing requests, and ensuring that all documents are up to date.
  • Collaborate with the team in the portal On-Going maintenance.
  • Track and update initiatives and projects, and participate in internal and external team meetings.
  • Maintain up-to-date the Finance Transformation control tower, including planning, realization, workload, and deliverables.
  • Collect purchase requests and create purchase orders in the MSC ERP system, and track costs related to the Finance Transformation Department.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master Student in management, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Project management knowledge and/or previous experiences are a plus.
  • IT abilities and strong knowledge of Outlook, MSTeams, Sharepoint, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Previous experience with ERP software is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Soft skills, including proactivity, problem-solving, communication, time management/organization, motivation, and curiosity.
VISA Requirements

EU Passport or Right to work in Switzerland.
