Business Analyst Financial Services Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Financial Services to join our team in Bern. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for close exchange with clients to identify opportunities, developing and describing business use cases in collaboration with the client, and analyzing the overall context of business processes and organizational structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Closely collaborate with clients to identify opportunities and develop business use cases
- Analyze the overall context of business processes and organizational structures
- Evaluate and validate operational solutions with regard to project specifications
- Develop technical solution concepts and solution designs in close collaboration with software architects, developers, and UX designers
- Collaborate in the implementation of solution designs during the entire development process
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science or business informatics
- 3–5 years of experience as a business analyst or requirements engineer
- Certifications in requirements engineering or a completed CAS in business requirements engineering a plus
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Practical experience with agile methods such as SAFe and Scrum
