Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Tender Executive to lead our tendering efforts for high-risk and large tenders, with a focus on the expanding renewable segment and offshore wind projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop competitive proposals for system solutions, including cost calculations and supplier quotations, based on a suitable product mix and technical and commercial considerations.
  • Manage sales support and administrative procedures within the sales process, including tender and risk review, strategic definition of the scope of delivery, and definition of suitable terms and conditions.
  • Ensure tenders are well-documented and presented in a timely manner, providing technical support for Sales Managers during meetings.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals through internal and external resources, assigning and allocating resources for technical support and proposal preparation.
  • Support growth opportunities with existing and new customers, identifying potential vendors for requisite equipment and materials, and cross-checking offers with specifications.
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar, ideally with a focus on power engineering.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of project execution know-how as Lead/System engineer and 5+ years of Tendering/Bid& Proposal know-how in the field of substation automation, control, and protection in an international role.
  • Proven track record from working with electrical utility, system integrator, or technical consultant in the field of substation automation, control, and protection.
  • Competent in using MS office and MS Visio.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel as part of business assignments (up to 10%).
